Guidelines For Poster Competition
• Poster competitions are open to Undergraduates, Graduates, Postgraduates up to the level of Senior Registrar.
• The Applicant should be one of the authors of the study.
• If the Applicant cannot attend the conference, he/she can designate another co-author from the study to present the research. However, the prize money (if awarded) and e-certificate will be given only to the primary applicant and not the presenting author.
Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentation:
- Oral and poster submissions are open to all undergraduates, graduates, postgraduates, and researchers.
- The presenter should be one of the authors of the study.
- If the presenter cannot attend the conference, he/she can designate another co-author from the study to present the research.
Guidelines for Oral Talk Presenters:
- The presenter should be one of the authors of the study. If the applicant cannot attend the conference, he/she can designate another co-author from the study to present the research.
- The talk should not be more than 6 minutes long.
- You can prepare your talk on the platform of your choice e.g., ppt, prezi etc.
- Submit your presentation to the conference organizers prior to your talk on easychair platform (https://easychair.org/cfp/ICONRIPS_2025).
Guidelines for Poster Preparation & Submission
Participants of the competition should follow following guidelines while designing their poster
Poster Size:
Poster should be printed on A0 paper size (33.1 x 46.8 in) in portrait layout. Participants may use one column, two columns or three column setup.
Font:
Participants may use font style and size of their choice in headings and text. However, text should be legible from a distance of 3-4 feet’s. Minimum suggested font size is 36 pt.
Title Section:
Title section of the posters should include Tile of the Poster, Author’s name, Authors affiliations & address and contact of presenter & supervise.
Contents:
Poster should comprise of following sections.
- Abstract / Summary (Text or/and Graphical)
- Introduction / Background (Text)
- Objective (Text)
- Methods (Text or/and Flow Chart)
- Results & Discussion or opinion (Text and Graphics)
- Conclusion (Text)
- Acknowledgement
- References
Artwork:
Participants are encouraged to use artwork (pictures, graphs, flowcharts etc) in their poster. Ensure that each figure has a caption such that should comprise a brief title of figure. The figures should not be blurred. The acceptable file formats are TIFF or JPEG with of 500 dpi resolution.

Sample poster formats are attached with this these guidelines. Participants are allowed to select and make changes (font size, style, color scheme, column).
Poster Submission:
Poster should be printed on Pana-flex. Printed posters should be submitted at the reception desk on the first day of the conference.
